Processing Times

Domestic Orders (USA)

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods.

International Orders

  • International orders may require additional handling time due to customs clearance procedures.
  • We aim to ship all international orders within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): All orders ship via standard shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Express shipping is available at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Shipped via standard international services, offering cost-effective and reliable delivery. Transit times vary based on destination country and customs clearance.

  • Rates for other countries and heavier weights will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Signature Delivery

  • For orders under $250 (US/Canada), you may choose to waive the signature requirement. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery without signature confirmation.
  • Orders over $250 (USA) and all international orders (excluding those shipped via Asendia) will require Signature Delivery to ensure secure receipt.

We strongly recommend selecting Signature Delivery at checkout to protect your order.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

  • No Tracking Update for 7+ Days: Contact us, and we’ll initiate a carrier investigation. If declared lost in transit, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement.
  • Item Arrived Damaged: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos from multiple angles to process a claim. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund.
  • Marked as Delivered but Missing:
    • If Signature Delivery was selected, check the carrier’s delivery confirmation and ask household members.
    • If Signature Delivery was waived, we cannot issue replacements or refunds for stolen or misplaced items.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. Our Archetypes LLC is not liable for additional fees incurred during customs clearance.


Freight Forwarders & P.O. Boxes

  • If you use a freight forwarding service, we are only responsible until the package is confirmed delivered to the U.S.-based forwarder.
  • APO/FPO and P.O. Box orders follow international timelines and insurance requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders outside of the EU.
  • Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there is a concern, reach out immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
